and I was like, WTF is he talking about? Longer wires could theoretically throw off spark timing, yes, since the engine is tuned for a shorter length. However, the current travels at .95c (95% the speed of light) or so, depending on conditions, so the length isn't an issue. However, I completely do not see the advantage to this system, other than being able to move the coil packs elsewhere for engine-bay cleanliness.
